Junior Jam is a PB&Jam program to introduce young students ages 4-7yo to instrumental skills and music fundamentals in a fun, small-group setting.
Ukulele Junior Jam will focus on:
- Learning basic chords on the ukulele
- Playing with a steady beat
- Reading and strumming using standard rhythmic notation
- Games to learn and reinforce pitch matching, musical vocabulary, performance skills, and more
- Creating a positive, fun relationship with music
Location: Cortelyou Music & Play (376 Argyle Rd, Brooklyn NY 11226)
Semester: Wednesdays, March 11 - June 24, 2026
Time: 3:30-4:20pm
Age: 4-7yo (4yo must be enrolled in pre-k). Max 6 students per class
Price: $35/class, billed monthly
Materials: Students must have their own ukulele
Steps to register:
- Fill out the registration form. Your card information is required to sign up but you will NOT be charged.
- Sarah will send policies and deposit invoice to your email. Deposit consists of first month of classes (3 classes in month of March from 3/11 OR prorated with late registration).
- Confirm agreement to policies and pay deposit.
- You now officially have a spot!
